We reserve the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Our Returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
You can return within 30 days for this policy only
Returns Process Inform email@example.com of the wholesale product you wish to return. You must provide the sku,order number and your return reason. The Wholesale team will then authorize the returns via email.
Policy 1.0 – Damage in Transit
Please make sure that when returning goods that they are suitably packed and sealed securely, you really take care of them, for your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us and we are not liable for goods that are damaged in transit. We cannot accept responsibility for goods that are lost on the way to us.
Wholesale products are different from retail products, for Wholesale products are sealed and sold in bulks, so if you think you ordered the wrong product, please do not open the wholesale sealed pack, for you will not get a refund, for this is taken as damaged already.
Look Fab Limited wil not be responsible for any damaged products on the way being returned to us, so make sure when you return your Wholesale order it is safe and will get to us not damaged.
We will not accept products that will reach us after our 30 days calendar(This applies to this policy only), for this you will end up getting partial refund.
- To ensure a prompt refund, returns must have a tracking number to track the package.
- To ensure a timely refund please also include a note stating the reason for the return.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 2-10 business days.
Items returned by someone other than the buyer
We only accept returns from the person who bought the item.
